Artwork - Prices shown assume you are able to supply us with suitable artwork. Don't be concerned if you don't have this available as we can produce artwork at a very reasonable cost.

Prices - The prices shown are an indication of cost per item personalised in one colour. We will provide you with a specific written quotation, if required, prior to you placing your order. All prices shown are exclusive of carriage and VAT.

Delivery Time - The delivery periods quoted are normally from the point of approval of artwork. If you need gifts in a rush, let us know at the start and we will make every effort to meet your deadline.

Quantity Tolerance - There are occasions when manufacturing constraints cannot deliver the exact quantity requested. The delivered quantity can be +/- 10%.We will advise you when this applies and reserve the right to adjust the invoiced quantity accordingly.
